A brief history
Cuvage was founded in Acqui Terme in 2011 with a specific mission: to reinterpret the great Piedmontese Metodo Classico tradition in a contemporary way, with wines that are elegant, food-friendly and rooted in the territory.
A place where indigenous grape varieties such as Nebbiolo and Moscato, and international ones such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, talk the language of sparkling wines with Piedmontese nuances.
