Honey, white flowers and ripe Muscat grapes.
Palate
On the palate it reveals a full taste of ripe apricots, peach, notes of grapes and a soft mousse. Delicious refreshing acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness.
Growing Conditions
The hills of Alto Monferrato to the south of the province of Asti, Piedmont. East and South-East exposures at altitudes between 200 and 400 m. Clayey soils tending towards limestone.
Piedmontese Guyot training system. Planting density 4,000-4,500 vines per hectare.
