Sweet and aromatic flavor with an evident presence of vivacity.
Winemaking
Soft pressing of the whole grapes with membrane presses, static clarification at low temperature then filtration and conservation of the must in thermo-conditioned tanks at zero degrees. For the second fermentation, partial refermentation of the residual sugars is carried out in an autoclave.
Appearance
Bright yellow in color.
