Nose

Delicately aromatic and characteristic aroma; reminds the hints of muscat grapes perfectly amalgamated with flavors of acacia flowers, wisteria, peach and apricot.

Palate

The taste is sweet, wraps the palate with a finesse that is never cloying.

Winemaking

After the very soft pressing, the muscat must is fermented in tanks at a controlled temperature, up to six degrees of alcohol; subsequently the preparation of the cuvée takes place the tirage and the froth takeover.

The sparkling method is the Classic Traditional Method with a 40 days fermentation in bottle, aging on natural yeasts for at least 24 months in the cool cellars of Casa Gancia.

Appearance

Straw yellow with golden reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent.

Food Pairing

Ideal to perfectly accompany desserts at the end of a meal, especially in combination with dry pastries. Also try with light appetizers and finger food.
