Moscato d'Asti is an excellent dessert wine that pairs beautifully with dry pastries and fruit tarts; furthermore, thanks to its moderate alcohol content, it's a welcome thirst-quencher during the summer months.

The grapes from a small plot forever known as Casa di Bianca, located in the Annunziata area of Castagnole delle Lanze, represent the finest selection of Moscato vines from our lands. The Moscato grapes from Casa di Bianca are carefully handpicked in the field during harvest, and then gently pressed; the obtained flower must is processed using the Martinotti method in autoclaves, where it will rest on its lees for at least six months.
