Winemaking
After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must obtained is placed in steel tanks at temperatures below 5 degrees, to prevent the fermentation from continuing and therefore have sugar instead of alcohol in the finished product. The wine is placed in an autoclave for the second fermentation, where it obtains the bubbles, which on the palate are distinguishable as sparkling.
Aging
Delightful from the very first sip, this wine continues to evolve beautifully over the years, with its aromas gaining depth and complexity. With age, Moscato d'Asti reveals richer notes of dried apricot, honey, and candied citrus, offering a more nuanced and elegant expression of its youthful charm
Appearance
Light straw yellow tending towards gold.
Food Pairing
Our Moscato d’Asti pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes—from fresh fruit and light pastries to savory contrasts like aged cheeses or foie gras. One particularly delicious pairing is anchovies with butter on toasted bread—the wine’s sweetness and gentle sparkle perfectly balance the saltiness and richness, creating a surprisingly elegant harmony.
